Recipe: Chocolate date and oat bliss balls

Get the ball rolling with these delicious and nutritious bliss balls!  They are the perfect quick breakfast on-the-go or a great way to curb those 3pm sweet cravings.

Preparation time: 20 minutes 

Makes 30 balls (10 serves)

Ingredients:
½ cup Ensure Chocolate Powder
200g dates, pitted
1 cup oats
½ cup peanuts
2 Tablespoons water
½ cup peanuts crushed to coat the bliss balls
 

Method:
Soak dates in warm water until soft.
Add the oats, dates, peanuts and Ensure Chocolate Powder to food processor and blitz until the mixture resembles a fine crumb.
Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls.
Lightly wet the ball with water and roll in crushed peanuts until well coated.
